An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, repeating until December 17, 2019

This is a hatha vinyasa class, inspired by the methods of Anusara yoga. I teach alignment based vinyasa yoga with a strong emphasis on biomechanics – both technical and subtle. With relevance, creativity and a spark of joy, I hope to encourage self-reflection and share the teachings of yoga to help you feel strong and at home in your body and mind.
Yoga honors the inner light in all of us, and I teach from that place.
Pay-what-you can, suggested donation $10.
